January 26th. Let the hotel know that you are with the USCAA Marathon Championship. Your reservation will need to be guaranteed with a credit card. If you cannot make the trip, you have until 48 hours before your arrival date to cancel your reservation without penalty. If you do not make your reservation by December 20th, the rooms may be available but probably at a higher cost.
